Step 1: Defrost

•⁠ ⁠If you're in a rush, submerge the meal pack in running water until fully defrosted.

Step 2: Cooking Options

•⁠ ⁠Microwave:
Heat for 3-4 minutes. If reheating two packs, allow extra time. Make sure to heat with the vacuum pack and cut a small hole for air circulation.

•⁠ ⁠Hot Water Bath:
Simmer in a pot of hot water on low heat for 5-6 minutes for juicy meat.

•⁠ ⁠Pan-sear (Chicken / Fish):
Sear on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
