Exchanges & Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and reason for return or exchange. Exchanges or returns are subject to approval and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Broken item claims must include photo proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Refunds

Refunds are available only in the event of damage or quality issues with the frozen food products upon delivery. Due to the perishable nature of frozen food items, refunds will not be issued for orders unless there is a confirmed issue with the product's quality or condition upon receipt.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the frozen food products immediately. If you discover any damage, defects, or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence such as clear photos and videos of the affected items.

We reserve the right to assess the reported issue and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refunds are not available for orders where there are no issues or damage with the frozen food products. We recommend storing the products according to the provided instructions to maintain their quality and integrity.
